Metabolic Efficiency and Performance Nutrition Coaching (3 Month Program): $499

Our signature service is our Metabolic Efficiency Coaching Program for endurance athletes. Being more metabolically efficient means that your body will burn more fat during physical activity and will be less reliant on carbohydrate in order to perform optimally. Imagine running a marathon or racing a triathlon with just the right amount of nutrition optimized for you. Bonking and GI distress will be a thing of the past. We call this performance nutrition.

This Module is individually tailored for each athlete based on their goals, whether they be improved health, improved race day performance and/or improved body composition. It includes the following:

  • Baseline nutritional analysis and report
  • Initial 90 minute consultation to review results and start coaching program
  • Unlimited email access
  • Bi-weekly phone calls with INprove.me to track progress (30 minutes to 1 hour)
  • Curated recipes
  • Supplement recommendations based on the latest rechearch
  • Custom nutrition training plan for your next race/event

Note: this service does not include the metabolic efficiency test. A Metabolic Efficiency test must either be conducted by INprove.me staff (see below) or a client must have ideally a test result from within the last 6 months in order to sign up for this program. We can discuss during the first information call.

Metabolic Efficiency Test and Analysis (For Bay Area residents): $299

If you live in the Bay Area and haven’t had a Metabolic Efficiency Test conducted you can get one through INprove.me.  The test results will be analyzed by our staff and a report will be produced for you.

There is a 10% discount for clients that sign up for our Metabolic Efficiency and Performance Nutrition Module and do their test with us.

Metabolic Efficiency Test Analysis: $74

Athletes with a completed Metabolic Efficiency Test can send their test results to INprove.me to have our staff analyze the results and provide a written report about the findings.  Athletes can also contact us before getting their test and we can recommend a protocol for collecting the data wherever you’re getting your test done.

Long Distance Race Nutrition Fine-Tuning Test and Assessment NEW (For Bay Area Residents): $259

This test is specifically designed for athletes who are 3 to 4 weeks out from a long endurance event and want to test out their morning and racing nutrition. Ideally you have done already a  Metabolic Efficiency Test and Analysis prior and the Metabolic Efficiency and Performance Nutrition Coaching  (Three Month Program), and now you want to fine-tune your nutrition plan before your Ironman, Half-Ironman, Ultra-Marathon or Marathon.

After having your usual pre-race breakfast (and coffee maybe), you come in for a 30 minutes at race wattage on the bike and a 15 minute treadmill run at race pace. Or for running event, a 40 minutes stage at race pace. We’ll tell you exactly how much carbohydrates and calories you will need for your event. No more guesswork!

Ongoing Metabolic Efficiency and Performance Nutrition Coaching: $110/month

Athletes that have completed the 3-month Metabolic Efficiency and Performance Nutrition Coaching Module can continue to work with INprove.me to further dial in their fat adaptation and efficiency for the remainder of their race/event season. This program assumes that athletes may race varying distances in varying sports and the performance nutrition protocol can be adjusted to meet the specific demands of the athlete’s race/event calendar.

Ongoing coaching includes the following:

  • Bi-weekly phone calls with INprove.me to track progress (30 minutes to 1 hour)
  • Unlimited email
  • Individualized Performance Nutrition training plan continuation for athletes for their race/entire event season
  • Nutrition protocol can be synced with your existing training plan

Performance Nutrition Coaching (One Month Program): $299

Understanding when and how much to fuel your body is the key to unlocking your best performance at your next race or event. Whether you are an endurance athlete, power athlete or fitness enthusiasts, our individualized Performance Nutrition Consulting service helps athletes develop a daily fueling plan that will keep you energized and help you adapt to your training load.

The consultation includes the following:

  • Baseline nutritional analysis and report
  • 90 minute consultation to review results and define a daily fueling strategy
  • Curated recipes
  • Supplement recommendations based on the latest research
  • Unlimited e-mail for one month
  • 1 hour follow-up phone call a month later.

One Hour Phone Consultation and Follow-Up E-Mails: $125

This is our most basic service if you have some specific questions you would like to have answered. We can cover topics such as daily nutrition, training and racing nutrition and supplementation.

The consultation includes the following:

  • 60 minute phone consultation to address your specific questions
  • Follow-up e-mails during the following month to fine-tune recommendations and address remaining questions.
